It’s all about the Price when SELLING, don’t allow anyone to convince you or tell you otherwise and become their next sucker – don’t become an agencies cash cow to cover their expenses and overheads by allowing agents to coerce you into consistently lowering your price throughout your marketing campaign to make their job easier and simply expediting a quick sale for the sake of it.

If you’re the smartest person in the room particularly regarding real estate when you’re dealing with your agent, then you are clearly in the wrong room. Get out as soon as possible and find the right agent if you want to achieve the best possible result and the highest possible return from your sale.
